Lunora Art integrates delivery services through third-party Delivery Service Providers. Lunora Art facilitates your interaction with these providers and is not directly responsible for delivery or insurance options.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or insurance claim.

Also notify us at support@lunoraart.com describing how the Products were damaged so we can assess the situation accordingly.

Order Cancellation (24-Hour Policy)
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders are considered final and non-refundable.

Workshop Cancellations by LunoraArt
In the event that a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor unavailability), customers will not be issued a refund. Instead, we offer:

• A complimentary rescheduling to a future workshop, and
• A home kit shipped to the customer to enjoy the experience in the meantime.

Customer No-Show or Non-Attendance
If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled workshop, the order remains non-refundable. However:

• The customer will be eligible to attend a future workshop (subject to availability), and
• A home kit will be shipped to their address.

Shipping of Home Kits
Home kits are provided as part of our service commitment. Customers are required to provide accurate shipping details. LunoraArt is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by missing or incorrect address information.

General Policy
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that services provided may be fulfilled through alternative methods (such as rescheduled events or home kits) when necessary.
