Refund & Return Policy
Class bookings — refund eligibility
Full refund
Weekend fully cancelled
If no class takes place at all that weekend due to our cancellation, a full refund is issued.
No refund
Unable to attend
If you are unable to attend for any personal reason, no refund will be issued.

Time or day change
Changes to class time or day do not qualify as a cancellation. No refund applies.
Rescheduling
Once only
Each booking may be rescheduled once at your request. No further changes after that.

Refunds are only applicable when a weekend's classes are fully cancelled by us — meaning no class takes place at all that weekend. If you are unable to attend for any personal reason, no refund will be issued.
Changes to class time or day do not constitute a cancellation. If a session is moved to a different time or day, this does not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation. A refund is only issued if the class does not take place entirely.
Can't attend? Homekit option
Free shipping
If you are unable to attend your booked class, you may opt to receive a homekit delivered to your address instead. Shipping costs are fully covered by us. Please contact us before your class date to arrange this option.
Homekit returns
Homekits may be returned within 14 days from the date the order was placed.
The product must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a return.
Products returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Custom orders
24-hour window
Custom or personalised orders may be cancelled and refunded in full within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and the order can no longer be refunded or cancelled.
Refund processing
Once approved, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and processing conditions.
