At Lunora Art, we aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy for all customers. Please review the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase or booking a class.
Class Bookings

Full Refund:
A full refund will be issued if a refund request is made 7 days or more before the scheduled class date. -
Partial Refund:
A 50% refund will be issued if the refund request is made between 2 and 6 days before the scheduled class date. -
No Refund:
Refunds will not be issued on the day of the scheduled class. -
Rescheduling:
Each booking can be rescheduled only once. After a reschedule has been used, the booking will no longer be eligible for further date changes.
Homekit Returns
Homekits purchased from Lunora Art may be returned within 14 days from the date the order was placed.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition

The product must be returned within the 14-day return window
Products returned after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account depending on payment providers and processing conditions.
