Once registered, you become a Member and agree to be bound by these Terms. Even without registration, you must accept the Terms to complete a purchase.
Your obligations as a member
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and email address. Unauthorized use may result in immediate cancellation of services.
Notify Lunora Art immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
Do not use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including sending unsolicited email or unauthorized linking to the Website.
Automated use of the Website or its Purchase Services is strictly prohibited.
Purchase of products & returns policy
Class bookings
Full refund
7+ days before
Request made 7 or more days prior to your scheduled class.
50% refund
2–6 days before
Request made between 2 and 6 days before your scheduled class.
No refund
Day of class
No refunds are issued on the day of the scheduled class.
Rescheduling
Once only
Each booking may be rescheduled once. No further changes after that.
Free shipping
If you are unable to attend your booked class, you may opt to receive a homekit delivered to your address instead. Shipping costs are fully covered by Lunora Art. Please contact us before your class date to arrange this option.
Custom orders — 24-hour window
Custom or personalised orders may be cancelled and refunded in full within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and the order is no longer eligible for a refund or cancellation. This policy exists because each order enters our production process within 24 hours of being placed.
Homekit returns
Homekits may be returned within 14 days from the date the order was placed.
The product must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a return.
Products returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Payment & processing
Payment may be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. By using these services, you agree to their applicable terms and conditions.
Once a refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery
Lunora Art integrates delivery services through third-party Delivery Service Providers. Lunora Art facilitates your interaction with these providers and is not directly responsible for delivery or insurance options.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or insurance claim.
Also notify us at support@lunoraart.com describing how the Products were damaged so we can assess the situation accordingly.
